Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free.

Pre-orders and ship dates
Glossmere is currently available for pre-order. Pre-orders ship up to a month after you place them, in the order they're placed. We place our production order once enough pre-orders are in, and we'll keep you updated by email along the way. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Duties and taxes
If anything is due at the border for your order, it will be shown at checkout.

Delivery delays
Carrier delivery times can vary. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after it ships, email support@glossmere.com and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can't change the address after an order has shipped.
